During a holistic & transformative retreat, you will learn how to get in touch with yourself, your body and your emotions through the power of the breath. Next to these transformational breathwork sessions, there will be so much more!
Every morning we will start our day with a meditation. I believe meditation is the perfect foundation to start your day. Afterwards, there will be an energizing yoga session for all levels followed by a delicious vegetarian/vegan brunch together. Afterwards, there will be a life-changing workshops and breathwork session which are always the highlights of the retreat.
You’ll have enough free time to relax, enjoy the refreshing pool or ocean or explore the beautiful surroundings. Your free time is also perfect for taking a nap, being in stillness or writing in the journal that will be given to you at the beginning of the retreat. In the evening we’ll have a delicious and nutritious dinner together. We’ll sit around the house and there is an option to have a private session or massage. On the last evening of the retreat, we’ll have a special activity, like an ecstatic dance, fire ritual or something else. This depends on the location.
You will learn how to master your life by (re)connecting to your body and emotions, so you can access deeper parts of yourself, and release anything that is blocking you from living the life that is truly meant for you. During a coaching session, workshop or retreat I always make sure you feel seen, heard, supported and loved from the moment you arrive. I believe creating a safe place first is needed for anyone who wants to discover parts of themselves and grow on a new level in their lives.
You will be guided and supported so all your needs will be taken care of so that you can completely focus on yourself. Each workshop and breathwork experience is unique.
During a workshop and breathwork session, we are doing deep inner work that usually brings up questions, feelings and thoughts. There will always be enough time to share this with the group or personally with me. Next to this, there will also be enough time for relaxing, playfulness and laughs as I believe the balance between hard work and ‘just’ be’ is very important.
All activities are always optional. While I strongly encourage you to take part in all workshops and breathwork sessions to take the most out of your experience, I understand that some might choose not to participate in everything. The most important thing is that you listen to your body and what you need at any specific moment.
